Our Facility

Battistoni is New York State’s largest manufacturing lant of dry cured sausage products.

Where we work reflects how we work.

Battistoni products are produced in a state of the art, 47,000 square-foot, production facility located at 81 Dingens Street in Buffalo, NY.  

Battistoni packages more than 40 types of  Italian Meat Products including:  Capocollo, Soppressata, Genoa Salami and Hard Salamis, Pepperoni, Chorizo,

The facility is a Certified Gluten Free Facility.
