Our Facilities

Battistoni is New York State’s Largest Manufacturing Plant of Dry Sausage Products.

Where we work reflects how we work.

Battistoni products are produced in a state of the art, 47,000 square-foot, production facility located at 81 Dingens Street in Buffalo, NY.  

Battistoni packages more than 40 types of  Italian Meat Products including:  Calabreze, Soppressata, Genoa and Hard Salamis, Pepperoni, Chorizo, and Capocollo.

The facility is a Certified Gluten Free Facility.

Our top selling items have a long tradition and sales success:

–  Seven cook houses push out 120,000 pounds of meats per week.

–  At any given time, 200,000 to 250,000 pounds of meat will be curing in one of Battistoni’s five drying rooms.

–  Battistoni produces more than five million pounds of meats annually.
