Capocollo
Italian style meat characterized by its tenderness, which gets its name from the type of meat used to make the product. Capocollo is made from hand selected boned pork shoulder butts (head (capo), neck and shoulder (collo)). The meat is slow cured, flavored with red or black pepper and cooked to perfection. Capocollo can be served hot or cold according to preference as an appetizer, snack or entrée. Capocollo is also called capicola, cappicola, capacollo, and coppa or cappy.

Salami

Pepperoni
Everybody’s favorite! Originated in Italy, the hard and dry sausage is still classified as salami. It is made from pork and beef, seasoned with spices and slow dried. Pepperoni is extremely versatile, depending on the thickness and lengths; it can be used as a topping for pizza, as a sandwich ingredient, as a snack or for appetizers.

Chorizo
